We want you to enjoy your purchase and feel confident ordering from us.
Because our products are fulfilled through trusted dropshipping partners, our return and refund process may differ slightly from traditional retail.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days after delivery.
Change of mind is a good enough reason to return.
Product can be used or unused new as well as defective or non-defective.

How to start a return:
Email us at support@nostalgianatic.com with your order number.
You will receive either a QR code that you can scan at a local post office to receive your return label
or you will receive a return label that can be printed at home or at a local post office that offers this service.
You can request if you'd prefer QR code or return label in .pdf or image format depending on your preference.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued in cases such as:

  • The product has been returned in defective or non-defective condition

  • The product has been returned in new or used condition regardless of functionality

  • The product is wrong

  • The order never arrived within the guaranteed delivery period.

  • The order was canceled before being processed or shipped.

Processing time: Refunds typically take 3 business days after approval to appear on your bank or card statement.

3. Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Digital items.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges and replace items.
If you need an exchange for the same or different item, please contact us at support@nostalgianatic.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
However any item can be returned for free after delivery.

6. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer — posting delays can occur.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary.
